Is Adsense Scam or Spam?

What do you think about Adsense when it comes to account termination. My account has been terminated 3 times before for doing nothing wrong. At some point of time it makes me to think Adsense as a scam.


But I don't spam about it as it also makes a real lot of money for me and my friends. So I just can't come to a final conclusion.
